netgear genie not displaying
I have a D-Link DIR 655 router and the EX6200 is 5 feet away. My laptop connects to the ex6200. The device-to-extender, 2.4ghz and 5ghz lights illuminate. I fire up Firefox, the 2.4ghz and 5ghz light...
Thanks for replying. My intent was to point out the Extender was within range of the router.
The lights turn on as indicated by the setup guides when the extender is powered up. All they say for after that is I should start a browser and the netgear genie appears. They do not mention the lights any more.
The only other info I have found is to type in several other URLs if the genie does not appear. I have tried them all on several browsers but only get a blank page.
A Trouble Shooting guide would be useful.
