Netgear genie not working due to IPv6 being enabled
I use netgear genie to block my kids from the wifi after hours. I was able to use it last night and this morning and now I'm not able to use it this evening, the message says my router is not supporte...

Please try using another device (Android, iOS, another computer) that is connected to the network.

I purchased a
WNR2000V5 specifically to use the genie parental controls. However, I have not been able to log in to the genie app. I receive this message on my samsung galaxy:
"Login failed. The NETGEAR router was not found or is not supported. Make sure that your mobile device is not connected to the router's guest network and that IPv6 is not enabled."
I've disabled my guest network, so I know that's not the problem. I cannot find an option to enable iPv6. I've rebooted the router and reinsalled the genie app.What else can we do to get this working?
