Netgear genie pause internet not working

Just installed NGenie app today on ios10.3. Unable to "pause internet" for another iOS device connected to my wifi, using the Network Map. Even though the "Pause internet" toggle is ON.

I'm not sure what app mode is.. I don't our internet provider connected the system up. I down loaded the netgear app for the parent controls.

Same problem here. Been going on for months. Used to work fine. Now, I can pause the internet on an iOS device connected to my router, then go into the statistics for that device and see the download/upload bandwidth unaffected.

    I am having the same issue where I cannot pause the internet on a device via the app. It worked with older versions of the app.
