Netgear genie pause internet not working
Just installed NGenie app today on ios10.3. Unable to "pause internet" for another iOS device connected to my wifi, using the Network Map. Even though the "Pause internet" toggle is ON.
Firmware version V1.0.1.40_1.0.68, some devices can be paused and one in particular cannot. it is an ipad being managed by our school system with MDM. tried with both ipad Genie and PC Genie. it will allow the block command however an immediate refresh shows it is not blocked/paused. the device is on the 2.4ghz network and still works.
