Netgear genie pause internet not working
Just installed NGenie app today on ios10.3. Unable to "pause internet" for another iOS device connected to my wifi, using the Network Map. Even though the "Pause internet" toggle is ON.
I'm having this issue as well, which seems to have been going on a long time. Has a resolution been provided?
Nope. Still not working. Very frustrating. I’ve tried a couple parental control apps but i found them not so easy to set up/ease of use. All I need to do is to be able to turn off WiFi access to my kids devices when needed.
It doesn't look like anyone from Netgear actually moderates these forums, which is sad. In addition to this functionality not working, I have now discovered that deviced-based Parental Controls Filtering continues to reset back to "Default level on router" now matter how many times I change the setting.

Nor does the default or my password work. I see they upgraded the genie app 3 days ago
I give up Netgear!!I am having ame problem with my nighthawk router- unable to pause internet on devices that have ops sys Android 7.0 or higher. I am able to pause internet on other non-Android devices. I have tried this with the android app and also with PC app - same result.
