Dexter - I'm sorry but "see if it works" isn't an answer.
Before I try 2.4.20, I would like to know if those that had trouble with 2.4.16 on Windows 10 can get 2.4.20 to work. Otherwise, I'll stick with 2.4.12 until this is a confirmed fixed. It took me a long time to remove all vestiages of 2.4.16 after uninstalling in order to install 2.4.12. I'd like to know for sure that 2.4.20 is a fix.
Also, that link is version 2.4.18.

Hi Dexter,
I am having the same poblem and the new version of the genie that you provided the link too still is not working with Windows 10. The program stops working as soonas it is opened. Also, the previous links provided are not working. The file requested is not found. Is there another workaround for this issue?

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. I recommend sticking with the version 2.4.12 for now until I am able to confirm if the changes will fix the issue. We are currently investigating the root cause of this. May I also know if your Windows device was upgraded from 8.1 to 10?

The link provided plus what is offered as the latest version of Genie is not to 2.4.20, but to 2.4.18. Is there really a version 2.4.20?

Genie 2.4.16 and 2.4.20 do not work with w10! Only 2.4.12 works with w10

Genie 2.4.16 will work with Windows 10 if you follow the previously posted steps to copy the 2.14.12 drivers over to 2.4.16.
I don't know what's new in 2.4.16 from 2.1.12. It may not be worth the effort unless there's something you need in 2.4.16. I copied them over to help test this workaround.
