Please try downloading the latest version (2.4.20) from the website and see if it works. You may use the link below.

Genie 2.4.16 and 2.4.20 do not work with w10! Only 2.4.12 works with w10
Genie 2.4.16 will work with Windows 10 if you follow the previously posted steps to copy the 2.14.12 drivers over to 2.4.16.
I don't know what's new in 2.4.16 from 2.1.12. It may not be worth the effort unless there's something you need in 2.4.16. I copied them over to help test this workaround.
