Solved

Netgear genie won't install on mac

  App won't install on Macbook Pro. I keep getting this message, click on OK and nothing happens. I do not have another computer to use, and the Android app is useless.

2. I don't have that option in my list ( yes, i am the Admin and am logged in as the Admin on this computer)
