netgear giene app in computer is not connecting to NETGEAR JNR 1010v2

Iam trying to connect my router from NETGEAR GIENE APP from computer. how can i connect. because i want to start parental controlling.

    Hi Vin770,

     

    1. Are you getting an error message? If yes, what is the error message?

    2. Have you tried using another device to setup Parental Controls (Android, iOS, another computer)?

    3. What is the firmware version of the router?

      1.  Yes, I am getting an error message during router login in Genie app in computer. Even enterng correct password and username. The error is showing "NETGEAR router is not found or is not supported. Also make sure the device is not connected to the Guest Network of the router and no IPv6 is enabled ".
      2. Yup I tried in Android to setup parental controllng but it was not successfully applied.
      3. The Firmware version of my router is V 1.1.0.32_1.0.1.

        1. Please try resetting the router and see if it works.

        2. What is the error message that you are getting on the Android device?
