Netgear N600 Wireless Dualband Router WNDR3400v3

Hello, I am trying to manage settings on my router via NETGEAR Genie and am unable to log in to my router with Username: admin Password: password The error message says "NETGEAR router not found or not supported. Also make sure device is not connected to the guest network of the router, and no IPv6 is enabled." I have ensured that my router is compatible and that no IPv6 is enabled but I am still unable to log in. I need to be able to log in, in order to determine why my printer is not being picked up by the router/wireless network. Any help would be much appreciated!
