Netgear Nighthawk MR60 Devices Not showing

Hi 

I have been using a Mesh MR60 router with 2 satellites for half a year.  I have also been using the Netgear Nighthawk app for parental controls.  Everything was ok for months, but recently the app has been having issues.  A few days it ago, it would not let me change some devices from blocked to unblocked.  After resetting the router, updating to the latest firmware, and even reinstalling the app, the problems have only gotten worse.

Now in my app I cannot see any devices listed.  It's just zero.  But from the web browser I am able to log on from the 192.168.1.1 address and see the attached devices there.  However this means I need to be connected locally to do parental controls and I cannot use the app access anywhere feature that way.

Is there any way to fix this issue?
