Netgear R8000 using Mac cannot get to Genie - help !
Can anyone help me? I need to get back to the Netgear Genie page. I have the R8000. I have changed all passwords, blocked users I don't recognize but some a**hole is still showing up and I can't seem to deny him/her access.
When I enter routerlogin.net it automatically assumes I want to change my password. I've done that twice. Either way it doesnt get me to the Netgear Genie page.
Any idea would be much appricated

What genie page is that?
It could be one of several things, the browser interface, a Windows or Mac program for a PC, or a mobile Android/iThing app. Netgear labels them all as genies. Which are you using?
If you are on a wired connection, you should be able to login to the browser graphical user interface (GUI) in the usual way.
