Netgear router is not found or not supported

Wnr2000v5 Today I went to change my password on the genie and it gave me the above message after trying to use the admin and password login it's never asked me to do this before to log into the route...

1. On which device (PC, Mac, Android, iOS) do you have the NETGEAR Genie app/program installed?

2. The device model is not on the list of officially supported devices of NETGEAR Genie linked below.
