Netgrear C7000v2 - no where can i manually update the firmware
Dear Community
I have downloaded app gone into settings to download firmware update and there it no button for firmware update like all the various videos say there should be
Any ideas welcome

You can't.
With that combo device the firmware is part of the provisioning from the ISP.
there's no updating it.

As plemans says, your ISP will let you nowhere near the firmware.
I step in only to ask why you want to update the firmware? If you have a problem of some sort, there may be other ways of of dealing with it.
