Network Genie not working after update

Access to network genie from ipad not working after latest update on 12/17/16. Works fine from android cell phone and from wired PC.

    Hi amalvoso,

     

    1. Are you unable to login to the app?

    2. What error message are you getting? Please provide a screen shot if possible.

    3. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the app?

    4. Have you tried another iOS device?
