Network Map Icon
In the Network Map disply there is a yellow folder with an arrow attached to the PC icon, what does this attachment signify - I can find no reference to it in any of the documentation for th erouerj

The icon is for the Turbo Transfer feature. You may refer to page 114 of the user manual linked below.

When I am on the Genie app on my PC, there are no Turbo transfer icons on the Network Map screen. And the mobile devices are showing on the map, and they are also running the genie app. But no Trubo transfer icon is showing. suggestions appreciated.

Please make sure that you are logged in on the NETGEAR Genie app on your devices. The option to login is located on the top left corner of the main screen of the app.
