Network Map in genie not working anymore on Laptop

The Network Map in genie installed on my laptop does not work anymore, It was working fine for 2 weeks.

I am able to see genie app on my laptop. In the Home page, the Internet status is "GOOD". WiFi Connection status is "Connected". Network Map it says "scanning..."

In Network Map page, I see red dotted line between router and globe with question mark in the middle.

But in the Internet page, I see green line from monitor icon to router to globe icon.

However, it still works fine on my iPhone6+.

Any ideas how to fix this?

    Did you encounter this to all of your devices? You can try to uninstall and reinstall the genie and make sure to disable the antivirus or firewall as it might be being blocked by it.

    I uninstalled and installed genie. I am still having the same issue.
