New Genie App

Hi, my old genie app was working well but unfortunately I update new app and now this app does not allow me to control anything. I unload my app and download genie app many times. Then I rang customer support as well. They could not help, Can any one help me with this problem.

    You refer to the genie. This could be one of several things, the browser interface, a Windows or Mac application, or an Android iThing app. Which is causing you grief? What happens when you try to use it.
