As soon as you try to sign in to existing account (that used to work fine on my older Samsung Galaxy 20), after entering password, it goes to 2 quick screens: We don't recognize this device, then flips quickly to Login Denied.
I've tried changing the MAC randomizer to Phone, and that didn't change anything.

I asked because this is a multi-step process.
So the app happily connects to the wifi? That's the first step.
The next password it wants is for Anywhere Access followed by the router itself.
The Anywhere Access bit is the front end for all of the devices you want to get at. (I have a couple of routers, each with their own password.)
You have to set this stuff up with a wifi connection to the router before you can go out an use Anywhere Access with a remote connection.
So there are various places where things can go wrong.

I'd be wary of doing things like that.

I'm not sure what to do with your suggestion. Any specific steps I need to do on my phone?

Was this resolved? I have the exact same issue!

It has not been resolved unfortunately. I was able to send in a bug report from the phone. Once the error comes up, you shake the phone back and forth several times for a bug form to come up to submit.
