Night Hawk App unable to enable paused device remotely

Hello, I am unable to enable a paused device with the app when connected remotely outside of my home.  Just spins and spins with please wait then times out.  Firmware of router is the latest 1.0.2.128.  Also tried removing and reinstalling the app.  Please help!  Thanks.

    1. Does it work when you are locally connected at home?

    2. Have you tried using another device to un-pause it?

    3. Were you remotely or locally connected when you paused it?

      1. Works fine locally

      2. I have only tried with my iphone

      3. Was local when paused, I can't do either pause or resume remotely.  Just spins and spins

      It doesn't work when I am attempting on the network or remotely. The devices will pause for a few seconds then they reconnect. This is with any device on the network.
