Nighthawk - can't connect locally router

I have an RAX45 and can no longer connect locally. I can only connect via Anywhere Access. Any tips on how to fix would be greatly appreciated.

    Connect how? With the Nighthawk app or a web browser and the graphical user interface (GUI)?

     

    What messages do you seen when you try to connect? Any error messages?
