Nighthawk AC1750-app on i-phone will not let me log in

  I downloaded the app to my i-phone 10x ..keeps telling me I have wrong password...The keyboard of i-phone stops me from clicking on continue...thanks

    Hi marie-los, welcome to the community! May we know if you are logging in locally or remotely? Also, if you try logging in using the web browser, are you able to login using the same credentials?

      Thanks for reply. Sometimes the app lets me login with same user & password. I am logging in using same browser, Safari. Then a day or so later it will not let me log in. I just tried on MacBook Air, said wrong P/word. Now I’m using my iPhone and I could log in. Insane, this router has been a super problem, appreciate your help. marie-los

        Hi marie-los, what is the exact model number of your router as well as the firmware version? Have you tried resetting the router?
