Nighthawk AC1900, Model R7000 DHCP server is faulty. Problems with Windows 10 & non-PC devices
Here is a list of issues I have expereienced with the R7000. Netgear refuses to give me a refund, and their online tech support folks just keep suggesting changes in the firmware, first to regress to...

Before I render my router inoperable once again with your beta code...
I want to make sure I get all the router's aberrant behavior documented:
Since my reboot 24 hours ago caused the R7000 to lose all wireless connectivity, I have been running my PC from a direct Ethernet connection, while I watched other devices go on & off the network randomly, including my hardwired Denon receiver.
Gradually, I saw some my other 2 Wi-Fi-connected PCs gain connectivity speeds, so I turned off my PC's Ethernet connection and switched over to Wi-Fi.
Voila!! My Denon receiver immediately regained its connection, and it has stayed there ever since, including after I switched my PC back to using the Ethernet connection.
So Netgear tech support "experts"... explain that one to me!

Hello Dexter,
SInce this is an open community intended to help all Netgear users, I see no reason to carry on this discussionin private.
If you would like me to load yet another version of your experimental firmware, then please provide a list of the bug fixes that are part of this release. That is how you do proper troubleshooting... not randomly changing the code for no particular rhyme or reason.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We apologize if the steps have not given you much confidence in moving forward with the case. However, we would like to do our part in providing a resolution for you and part of it will be testing the beta firmware that will help us pinpoint the possible cause of the issue. Please let us know if you would like us to schedule a call back.
Regards,
Dexter

Come on out so we can resume this discussion in public..
While I am aware that repeatedly doing the same thing and expecting a different result is the definition of insanity, I'm trying one last time. After this.. I will happily take a sledge hammer to your router and go buy a Linksys....
Netgear, you have not given me one single direct answer to any problem I have raised.
For the last time....
Why on Earth would rebooting my PC cause your router to cease functioning?
I had to reboot to update some software, and when I came back up.. once again.. no network connection. Gateway not available?
Furthermore.. every other device on my LAN also had it's connection terminated..
Other PCs, printer, Roku, smart TVs.. everything!WHY????
Then.. I take an Ethernet cable and plug my PC.. the same one I just rebooted.. directly into the router.. and the router reconnects to the devices on my LAN.
WTF?

..and furthermore...
What would make your router block a MAC address of a device that it had been connected to before?
This also happened after my PC reboot.
Access control is off, and the device appears in the list of " View list of allowed devices not currently connected to the network"
The device is a Roku, and when I try to get it to connect via Wi-Fi, it tells me the router is blocking its MAC address.
WHY?
