Nighthawk AC1900
A lot of this is so new to us, so please be patient! We just installed our Nighthawk AC1900 (R7000). When connecting via our phones, there are multiple networks available to us to use. Is this correc...

New? Used? And connected it to what?
This might seem radical, but you might consider the advantages of

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for
topics like "Specify Basic WiFi Settings", and, if you get desperate,
"Reset". Further reading might not hurt (much), either.
