Nighthawk AC2600 genie app not working

D7800 Vdsl version connected to talktalk fibre
Firmware updated on arrival yesterday and factory reset performed post update
All working fine and login via routerlogin.com
Genie app login fails "router not found or supported"
Not using guest network or IPv6 and D7800 listed in supported routers

    1. Have you tried using another device (another computer, smartphone, tablet)?

    2. What version of the NETGEAR Genie app/program are you using?
