Was some issues updating FW on some model routers. Might review this:
How are you trying to update the FW on the router.

I completed the update (starting from a prompt on a page on the device-based website, and the router seems to be working ok, maybe a little slower than before.
The issue I'm having relates to the Nighthawk iOS app cannot restart the router as it used to do. That's frustrating
So the NH app is connecting but you can't reboot it from the setting menu in the app or the router is not responding to the reboot button press?
