Nighthawk android aplication not connecting outside network

I have a Nighthawk RAX54 (AX6) and the android application on the phone but I cannot connect to the router if I am outside the wifi network. This was previously working. I have the latest version of ...

I have installed and uninstalled the application 3 times without success. Does anyone have a clue about how to solve this problem?

It could be something specific to the RAX54.

 

You could try this issue in the appropriate section:

 

Nighthawk Routers with WiFi 6 (AX) - NETGEAR Communities

 

Which firmware version are you on?

    The router version is Firmware Version V1.0.11.112_2.0.77. I do not see any prompt for a version update.

      Not a reliable guide. But that does seem to the the latest for the RAX54S.
