Nighthawk App - Change WAN settings AFTER set up

After a customer sets up their router with the app, and decide to change their ISP to DHCP or PPPoE, how do you do that in the app?

I have not had a single successful support call where people have found the Internet Settings option. Even after checking every single option in the router, them sending in screenshots etc.

Some google searches show Internet Settings in the menu slide out on the top left, but it's not there either.

When googling how to change internet settings with the nighthawk app, the Netgear result is to log into the web interface.

When attempting to have customers do this, they get a message that the browser isn't supported and to use the app, with no option to skip this warning.

What's the solution Netgear. If you can fix this problem we can get back to recommending your products.

As it is, every call with a Netgear that needs to be changed results in a router reset and hoping that the set up wizard works. Which is only about 30-50% of the time.
