Nighthawk App - Logon timeouts

Hello - I'm having issues logging into the Nighthawk iOS app.

 

I enter the correct admin and password credentials but an error message is displayed: Logon timed out, please try again. If this issue persists, try rebooting your device.

 

I've rebooted..

 

I just updated to the latest version (2.6.2.12 and iOS 13.7 iPhone X. 

 

Any ideas to troubleshoot?

    What is the model number of your router and the current firmware version it's on?
