Nighthawk app broken

This app seems to be constantly failing on me. The error message is “Logon Timed Out”. I have reset everything several times and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I guess the only way to update the...

What mobile platform do you use? Apple or Android? 

If Apple, review this:

Make sure local network is enabled on  Apple devices:
