NightHawk App Can't see R7800 Router
Ok, I have done a factory reset on my router. My android phone I've installed the Nighthawk App. I'm stuck in a loop where it keeps telling me "Router Not Found". I've done the suggestions about WiFi...

I tried logging into routerlogin.net and routerlogin, com. Can't access my router setting or even get to the login screen to change the name and other settings.
Is that on the mobile device or with a wired link to the browser graphical user interface (GUI)?
A number is more useful than "the latest". There may be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.
If there is one it might help if you told people the make and model number of the modem/gateway/ONT that sits between this router and the Internet. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
I ask because a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.

I don't have a browser interface. All the links and IP logins don't work. I've used Edge and DuckDuckGo without success. Can't access the router Admin settings through any of their suggested sites.

I don't know what that means.
By default the R7800 has its own default IP address, 192.168.1.1.
routerlogin.net is another address, but that gets translated in the router.
If there is something in front of the router, that may decide to avoid clashes and squat on an address something like 10.X.X.X

I have tried the routerlogin.net and it brings me back to the Netgear website. To which there is no choices to access my router settings. It's a perpetual loop. I've already performed a factory reset. Is that something I should do again?

What is "the Netgear website"? Does it have an address?
I've already performed a factory reset. Is that something I should do again? No harm in trying. But I doubt if it will fix anything.
The first thing to try is a wired connection to the GUI.
If you insist on using wifi, you could also disconnect the router from the rest of the network. You don't need an Internet connection to get into the GUI. If you did it would be impossible to set up these things.
