Same issue here as well. Since version 2.4.24.1 of the iOS app, device manager doesn’t work. I have not updated my router firmware so the only thing that changed was the NH App.
Please don’t ask me to create a support ticket because I did that over a week ago and your support people closed it even after I jumped through the hoops for them. Jerks!

So this is now happening to me after I upgraded the app. From this thread I can see this has been going on for several months and Netgear can't/won't fix this. One of the reasons I got the netgear router was because a friend used the app to help control his kids' wifi time, and it has worked well for me up to now. This is taking away the main reason I went with netgear. Unfortunate that I may need to switch brands if this can't get addressed immediately.
