Yes, as far as I can tell this is still affecting XR routers. I have the XR700 firmware ver V1.0.1.20, the latest as far as I can tell, and running the app ver 2.5.1.10 on iOS 13.4.1. As users with the XR500, I am still getting the "Sorry, the action was failed" message. Maybe it has to do with DumaOS interfering with the app somehow? Netgear should look into it.

Just FYI - if you haven't already, I would recommend opening up a chat session and letting them know. I think the more tickets they open, the faster they will respond. Hopefully!
- PhycodesMay 14, 2020AspirantSolved mine yesterday. I downgraded to two versions below the current and still wasn’t working. I then reinstalled the latest firmware and THEN did a hard reset.
I now see all devices in admin GUI and the app. Hope this helps at least one other person.- mmont00May 14, 2020TutorWould you mind listing the procedure you used to downgrade the firmware? Thanks!

Current is 1.4.1.50 for me so I pulled 1.4.1.30 then went to my admin GUI > Advanced > Administration > Router Update > Browsed the download and uploaded it.
Once everything was back up I checked to see if my devices would appear as I knew I had no issues on this firmware. The did not. So I went back to the update module and did a check on the top right and allowed the system to find and install 1.4.1.50 on its own. Still did not work.
I then unplugged the router and pushed the reset button. Apparently this won't do anything, just listing it to walk you through my exact steps so then I plugged it back in and held reset pin for 10 seconds and re-setup the router. Had a few hiccups where the gui wouldn't load but a couple restarts and its workign fine now.
