Nighthawk app doesn't load my devices list anymore
For about a year the app worked great, i could shut off internet when the kids acted up.. LOL. but nearly a month ago the app started this thing where it fails to load my device list. Coincidentally... I now get notifications to enable armor and no longer have chat or phone support, so I'm now troubleshooting myself. I've rebooted the router, doublechecked it's on the latest firmware, and deleted / reinstalled the nighthawk app on my phone. When i login through the browser the device list is there, i just can't see it in the app.

doublechecked it's on the latest firmwareHow did you determine that? Do not rely on the router to tell you that there is no new firmware. The only reliable test is to look at the version on the router and then to check for newer versions on the support pages for that device.

Good call on the firmware utility not having the latest, i found newer firmware online and updated manually to Firmware Version V1.0.12.96_2.0.45. Still fails to load the device list in the Nighthawk app though.
