Nighthawk App Doesnt Show devices Connected

Anyone know what the deal is with the NightHawk Mobile App? I have it installed on 3 devices and have had it indicated multiples times there are no devices connected to the router or satellites. I have reset the router to factory default, all firmware is update for all devices, uninstalled the mobile app and reinstalled. I can see everything on the web based router page but the mobile app showed devices for days and than now nothing.

I had actually uninstalled the app from one device, created a new user login than allowed it to scan for the router. At that point I could see all the devices.....for a day. Now even logged into the mobile app with that login, it indicates no devices and I get an error on the app after opening the device manager. I have read dozens of complaints from last year of users complaining of the same thing. This not a user issue it appears to be a mobile app issue that netgear seems unable to recognize or resolve. Its extremely aggravating and enough to consider returning the system and going to another brand. Anyone experience the same?

Again, I have tried every trick and eventually it stops seeing connected devices....the only thing that worked the one time was created new accounts but that was shortlived....seems like some sort of user profile related issue perhaps..

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Nighthawk App product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Nighthawk App. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

  • I'm having the same problem with the iOS Nighthawk app. The last time I looked at it was about two weeks ago and I could see what devices were connected to each satellite. Now it only shows the devices that are connected to the router by ethernet. When I click on one of the satellites I get a spinning wheel and it says "Loading..." for several seconds and then says "No Connected Device Found". I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it's version 2.14.0.301. The firmware version on my MR60 router and each of the MS60 satellites is V1.1.6.122.
