Nighthawk App (formerly up)
Just installed new router successfully, it’s working great. Would like to use Nighthawk app going forward, but the app won’t load on two different iPads or my iPhone.
Any ideas? I’m thinking the problem is probably with the app itself.

1. What is the model number and firmware version of the router?
2. What is the iOS version of your devices?
3. What version of the app do you have installed?
4. Have you tried other devices (Android, PC, Mac)?
5. When you say it doesn't load, is it on a certain tab on the app or the app does not open at all?
