Nighthawk app is garbage please work on it
It's 2021 and this should be better, do better netgear! This app is riddled with bugs and takes 10 minutes to log in and shut off one internet. Now, it only shows 1/2 the connected devices and the ones not showing up are being blocked off the internet with no way to get the, back connected.
please put focus on this, this is what parents need and promises are made when we bought this from you that you are not delivering on. Make it right!

Which one? iOS? Android? Which version?
Remember, these apps are tied to the unknown version of the firmware installed on your anonymous device.
Not knowing either of these details, it is impossible for anyone, including Netgear, to advise you.
