Nighthawk App Issue

Question

My Nighthawk App is not working properly. Curious to know if anyone else has experienced this view before? I continuously get kicked out of the app, it's like someone else is logging in. I noticed 2 days ago, my cellphone was listed twice as a trusted device once as a "this device" and duplicate as "unknown platform". I deleted the unknown platform device but it has not corrected my issues with this app.

Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizer on phones or pads while at home:

I have deleted the device and tried to disconnect the app from my phone to go back to access control via my router login and that's not working either.
