Yes I can log into my modem/router via the browser but not the app on the iphone (s)

did you try disabling random mac/ip address and Icloud relay on the iPhone

no and that has never come up while T/S with the netgear folks. Not sure how to do either of thosoe but can try it

Hard to suggest anything else without knowing what happens when you try to login. about what happens, messages and the like.

Here is what happens
1. Log in screen appears I put in admin and my password
2. Get the white circles spinning attempting to log in
3. circles back to log in screen
4, Makes an attempt to get to dashboard
5. Times out and says if problem continues reboot
6. Back to log in screen

The first time you use the Nighthawk app it goes through a three-step login process.
- wifi login (with your wifi credentials)
- Anywhere Access (with cloud account details usually same as MyNetgear)
- the router (username is admin and password is whatever you set, default is password)
Next time in should be quicker.
