Ok. I normally setup my CAX80 with a wired PC and web browser:

I've never seen this to date with mine. However, I see NH app has been updated since I last had mine online a few months ago.
I'd try a FR and setup from scratch with a web browser and PC or try using the NH app to walk thru the setup routine.

another interesting aspect is when the free 30 day net gear armour was activated it was checking all me devices it would send me a notification and the number of devices checked would show on the app but I could not get in the app

Ya, Not sure why that's getting auto enabled. It should let you know there is a 30 day free trial on the NH app.
I'd FR and setup using a wired PC and web browser. Disable the wifi on the mobile device with NH app installed on it so there's no interference. Once the CAX80 is setup again and running good. You can disable Armor as well with in the NH app and there is one place on the CAX80 that I think can be done there as well.
