NIghthawk app login issues
I've had the R8000 for about a year now, no major issues with the router or app thus far. I access the app through my samsung galaxy s20, today when I try to login it will not let me enter my user name, it's stuck at 'admin' I've tried entering 'password' tried my password for the account, cleared data, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no luck. when I turn off my phones wifi I can access my router via the 'access anywhere' option. Is my last resort a factory reset with the router? my worry about going the route is when I get to the login screen I will be at the same spot I am in now? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello thatcatioi,
I would recommend performing a factory reset at this point and using the default credentials to log into the admin page.
