Nighthawk app login problems

I have the nighthawk app working just fine on my phone for the net gear range extender in the house. Tried to get it working on my wife's phone, got the first sign in working, but instead of just going to the normal Home Screen showing info on the extender, it takes her to the admin login screen. Doesn't matter how many times we do admin with the pass, says it's the wrong password and then to many invalid attempts. We're both on iPhones, so I have no idea what to do, any help would be nice...
