Nighthawk App Login

I am unable to login to the nighthawk app, pretty much all the time. I have attempted to change my password...I think I have done it successfully a few times...jot it down...and when I go to login at a later date it does not take my password. 

 

At this point...I am just wondering where do I go to change my password again? The routerlogin.net it suggested brought me here...but I am not seeing it.

    Which app is that? Android? iOS?

     

    Which router are you using?

    Which password is this? The router's admin password? Your wifi password? The password you use for the app?

     

    The browser graphical user interface (GUI) can manage the first two, admin and wifi.

     

    To use the app, you first login with your phone to the wifi from the router. Then you have to login to the router with its admin password. At some stage you ,may also have to login to the MyNetgear account that giyes you "Anywhere Access" to the router when you are not om its wifi.
