nighthawk app not letting me log in
hey im new to using nighthawk products. i have my whole network all set up locally but for some reasons when trying to connect my router to the phone app (andriod version 2.43.0.4421) it is saying the router can't be reached even though my phone is on the wifi network. i know i have the correct password because i can log into the router on my pc with no issues. am i missing something here maybe? Any help would be apprecaited.

What NG router model do you have?
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:
