May you reinstall the Nighthawk app and power cycle your router.

    Thanks for your suggestion, just finished going through that process, unfortunately it did not make any difference at all.

      Thanks for confirming. May you access the router's admin page by visiting http://www.routerlogin.net/ using a web browser. Please let me know if you're able to edit the attached devices list using the admin page.
