Does it show up through the browser connection?
What firmware is on it?
What modem/gateway is the router connected to?
Are you able to join the wifi network prior to opening the nighthawk app?

Does it show up through the browser connection? No
What firmware is on it? Not sure it is a MR60
What modem/gateway is the router connected to? It is connected to my Tmobile wifi modem
Are you able to join the wifi network prior to opening the nighthawk app? It just tells me issues connecting with Tmobile go to settings- wifi and join your Routers wifi network
There is no NETGEAR network at all.
I do thank you for you time and help..

If you're connecting it to your tmobile gateway (a model number helps) most of them have their own integrated router and it causes a double nat.
A double nat happens when you cascade more than 1 router.

Fixes? There’s 3 options but only use 1.
1. Put the modem/gateway in modem only/pass through mode. This disables its routing functions. Not sure if tmobiles gateway supports this.
2. Leave the modem/gateway in router mode but put the Netgears IP address into its DMZ. This forwards the data to the netgear. You can either leave the modem/gateway’s wireless enabled or disabled. Just make sure its using a different wifi channel to prevent interference
3. Put the Netgear into access point mode. This disables its routing functions. Wifi/ethernet still works but it does disable some features.

I'll mention I've had odd issues with the Android Nighthawk app + MK63 kit too.
One time the whole UI looked perfect except for a message claiming it couldn't connect. I was getting live information though (connected devices + correct names).
They seem to require you to go through initial setup from the app. Starting over (running their new device wizard) after a factory reset seems to be the way to get it working properly.
Meaning instead of me logging into the admin UI first, and setting everything up ahead of time. Hoping the app could just connect when I gave it the correct (new) password. Nope...
It's a darn slow process too. Almost like they had hard coded "wait for 2 minutes" kind of steps, rather than looking at the live state of the device.
