    Which app? iOS or Android? Which version of it?

    Same passwords for the wifi, router and MyNetgear?

     


    However, after experiencing a power outage, I found that the Nighthawk app stopped working. In the app it keep saying "We Can't find your router" 

    Did you restart the network in the specified order?

     

    • Turn off and unplug modem.
    • Turn off router and computers.
    • Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
    • Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
    • Turn on computers and rest of network.

    What modem/ONT/gateway sits between the router and the Internet?
