Yes I have tested on multiple devices, Samsung galaxy 24, google pixel 7pro, xiaomi ipad. All latest upgraded version of OS and pathing.
You have a newer version it looks like?

As I mentioned in the org thread that all devices are updated to the latest of OS and patches, router, android devices, app.
There has been some latest firmware updates or support disconnection of the app, that's why many people are facing this issue. Unfortunately I don't have the Netgrear support, otherwise, I would ask them. Anyone who has bought the device lately and has support, pls populate the thread with the Netgrear support response. Thanks

Your "latest" isn't always what everyone else's is. If the mods are looking at it, the more info you put like your actual OS version helps them help you faster. LIke how my "latest" app was a lower version than yours. Its not just helping you out, but others that might have this issue. Thats why we ask for actual numbers in the forums and not for people to just put "the latest"
