Nighthawk app on Android is crashing

My app started crashing too.
I've tried everything. Firmware, phone update, reboots, new profiles. The only thing that gets it to work for even minutes is new profiles. This is absurd.
You have non-stop reports from customers that your product is crashing. Bug reports have been filed.
