I recommend you return the unit for a refund and try another unit to see if same thing happens or find something different. The RAXE model has been around for a few years and were not sure if NG is ever going to fixe current outstanding issues with this model. I gave up using it as a router a long time ago and only use it as a wireless client bridge now days.
Can check into NGs RS series which is newer generation of router and Wifi7 supporting.
